ABOUT THE AUTHOR

DHANANJAY J. DESHPANDE, He is Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University in 1980. He worked there as a Senior Scientific Officer for 4 years and worked on "Screening of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants for insecticide usage". Published 23 research paper in National and International periodicals during a span of 5 years.
He is a pioneer of mulberry sericulture on commercial basis in Vidarbh,a region. Established Noble Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. in 1986 a Ceramic and refractory manufacture unit and Venketeshwara Project Consultancy a consultation firm for agriculture and Ago Industries. Advising thousands of farmers many agro and medicinal and aromatic plant processing units in 8-10 Indian States.
Awarded Rastriya Udyog Shiromani in 1998 for outstanding entrepreneur in Small Scale Industries. Awarded "Hind Gaurav" and "Millenium Person" in 2000 for awareness in agriculture and farming.
